In 1990, the company was renamed as China National Arts and Crafts Corporation. In the same year, with the approval of the State Council, the China National Arts and Crafts Museum was established, which was managed by the company and personally named "China National Arts and Crafts Museum" by the national leader Comrade Deng Xiaoping.
